ARNOLD SPORTS FESTIVAL MARCH 5, 6, 7 & 8 OF MARCH

It's almost time for the  Arnold Sports Festival. It's only 1 week away. 

I have not been there in a couple of years, and I know it will be a fun weekend, packed with competitions and shows. My 3 favorite sports Gymnastics, fitness and Powerlifting, + many others, in the same place at the same time! Can't get better than that.

Was time for a hair cut again today. So yes, I am keeping it short......even shorter. I love it!

Back home in Norway.....it is still freezing Cold!!! Yesterday morning dad told me it was.....-29C.

Det er morsdag i Norge i dag, så jeg far benytte annledningen til å ønske verdens beste mamma, nemlig min mamma, en god morsdag. Samme til Gro, mamma'n til Lena ("søstra mi"), og selvsagt til alle dere andre mammaer. Det er jo også fastelavns søndag, så håper de fleste har kost seg med fastelavns boller.

It's mothersday in Norway this Sunday, February 14th. Therefor a Norwegian greeting today to some special moms.

LOOK!!!! I CUT MY HAIR!!!

For the longest time I have been tired of my long hair, and the ponytail. Late last week I decided to do something about it, and cut it short. I used to have short hair until I was 23 years old, so most of my life I have actually had it short. On Saturday me and my best friend Lena J. Natividad took off to see  Michael Vera at Thaxton Hair Design in Beverly Hills to get it done!
When I make up  my mind, it is made up, and no need to "think" more about it. It is only hair, and it grows out.

2009 is History...Welcome 2010

Happy new year!!!
2009 is now history. A year of  many 1st's for me.......a year of Breaking Hearts & Records
I met some great people, spent fun time with family and friends, lost a good one, won competitions, got a few surprises, and learned a lot.........
