Champion athlete on a global level in gymnastics, powerlifting, and fitness since age 13. Expertise in cutting-edge physiology, kinesiology, and nutrition regimens that deliver superlative results. Skilled at analyzing athletic impetus and inertia, and fostering opportunities that deliver peak performance. Featured in numerous fitness and sports publications in the U.S. and Europe.
