Merry Christmas - God Jul

A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!
GOD JUL TIL ALLE MINE KJÆRE OG NÆRE!

No xmas without my favorite Norwegian chocolate FREIA!!
Ingen over, ingen ved siden.

I made some Rice porridge today, since it is the day before xmas eve.

The Norwegian Santa's favorite!  ;)

Thanks mom and dad for all the stuff you sent me!!!
 Glad i dere!!

Every xmas eve I used to go and visit two very special people in Norway. Since I moved to the US, I haven't been able to keep up my tradition. I am therefor sending them a little extra greeting here on my blog.
Karin and Roger Hansen - Ønsker dere en Riktig God Jul! Sees neste gang jeg kommer til Norge.

And to all the men and women fighting the war over seas,
Merry Christmas from Me!

Charles Glass workout!

Today Cory and I had a workout with Charles Glass. Charles is one of the few trainers I put my fully trust in. He knows what he is doing, because he been there, and he is the one that got me and my bench press to a world class level.
I wanted Cory to experience one of Charles workout, and today he did.
We did back, and got smoked!
It was a great workout. With lots of little things to feel and learn. Its not always how heavy you lift, its how you do the lift.
Thank you Charles.
