No xmas without my favorite Norwegian chocolate FREIA!!
Ingen over, ingen ved siden.

Every xmas eve I used to go and visit two very special people in Norway. Since I moved to the US, I haven't been able to keep up my tradition. I am therefor sending them a little extra greeting here on my blog.

Charles Glass workout!

Today Cory and I had a workout with Charles Glass. Charles is one of the few trainers I put my fully trust in. He knows what he is doing, because he been there, and he is the one that got me and my bench press to a world class level.
I wanted Cory to experience one of Charles workout, and today he did.
We did back, and got smoked!
It was a great workout. With lots of little things to feel and learn. Its not always how heavy you lift, its how you do the lift.
Thank you Charles.

I am back in California

I am back in California again. Been here for a week, but not done very much. Felt kind of tired after Vegas, and England. 2 competitions, plus the 8 hour time difference, drained me a little.
It was fun to have my mom here, and to meet up with dad in England. I miss them both allready!

Done 5 contest this year. 2 at Camp Pendleton, The USPF Nationals, and WPF and WPC World Championships. Won all 5! So a very good year for me.
Received my Best Lifter Award from the WPF Worlds. I wasn't there to receive it in person, when I had to fly to England to make it to the WPC Worlds on time for weigh in.
Here is a picture of me with the award! .

This weekend I have been enjoying together with my mom.
We have been to the beach, enjoyed a few coffee's, a little shopping, and some cooking.

This Wednesday, the 11th, will be my mom's birthday. Sunday my bestfriend Lena, with her husband Marc, and two kids, Madeleine and Chris came to enjoy some food and to celebrate mom's birthday with us.

The tradidtional "bløtekake" was off course on the menu, and no one makes it better than mom!

Rick Valente just finished up making a video about me, and my life the past years.
